Team Update – 2 April 2021

London Wall is delighted to announce the expansion of our team with the recent appointments of Rob Jessett as Chief Financial Officer and Richard Cannings as Underwriter.

Rob Jessett joins London Wall from from Shaftesbury PLC (a FTSE 250 Real Estate Investment Trust), where he was Head of Finance.  Rob will be responsible for all aspects of London Wall’s finance function.

Richard Cannings has worked at Qatar National Bank where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of UK corporate clients within the real estate and infrastructure sectors, as well as RBS.  Richard joins the lending team with a focus on originating, structuring and underwriting real estate development and bridging loans.

The appointment of these key positions at the start of 2021 demonstrates London Wall’s commitment to grow as investors seek to take advantage of the continued strength in the UK real estate market.

London Wall will continue to enhance our team in our bridge lending and development finance business.
