Rob is a chartered accountant by background and spent 9 years working for Shaftesbury PLC (a FTSE 250 Real Estate Investment Trust) in a variety of senior finance roles. Rob is a highly commercial CFO with 15 years of experience in listed and start-up environments, demonstrating success in equity and debt raising (involved in transactions exceeding £1.5 billion), investor relations, forecasting, financial analysis and financial management and control. Rob has extensive experience in the listed property sector and experience in FCA regulated asset finance.
