Elena Charlton

Elena is an Underwriter specialising in development & bridging finance. She is an all-around real estate professional, having originally qualified as a Civil Engineer and subsequently completed a Masters at Westminster Business School. On occasions, she can be found on-site monitoring build progress. Over the years she has worked for several leading development finance lenders and so brings a wealth of experience to the job.
