Team Update – 8 June 2020

London Wall is delighted to announce the recent appointments of Pankaj Capoor as Business Development Director, and Susannah Hunt as Legal Counsel, as we continue to strengthen our family office services and our position in both the bridge lending and development finance sector.

Pankaj Capoor joins London Wall from Singapore where he was most recently a Managing Director and Group Head at Julius Baer bank, leading a team of bankers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Zurich. Pankaj has a strong background over two decades in private banking & wealth management, client relationship management and a wide network of high net worth contacts globally, with a particular focus on the Asian and Middle East markets.

Susannah Hunt was most recently a Senior Associate at EMW Law LLP where she headed up a specialist real estate team, supporting a wide range of clients across various industries. She brings with her a wealth of property experience and will lead London Wall’s  legal function, supporting both the lending team and the other services offered including property management, property investment and real estate consultancy.

The appointment of these key positions comes at a particularly busy time at London Wall as investors seek to take advantage of the post-Covid 19 opportunities in the UK.
