London Wall Lending Agrees £22 Million Funding for 1 Callaghan Square, Cardiff
Capital Trust has secured a £22.2 million refinancing packaging for its refurbishment of Cardiff’s 1 Callaghan Square.
The funding will be used to finance the refurbishment of the 94,000-square-foot office, which will include overhauling the building’s mechanical and electrical provision to boost its energy efficiency and EPC rating.
Ned El-Imad, partner at London Wall Lending, said in a statement: “As regional cities continue to enjoy growth in both population and investment, we’re seeing an increased demand for best-in-class office space with the ESG credentials to match.”
