London Wall backs Brent apartment scheme with £34m financing

London Wall Lending has provided a £34.4m loan to help fund developer Dandi’s apartment scheme in Brondesbury Park, Brent.

The development will be built on a former commercial site to deliver 160 flexible apartments, along with shared amenity spaces including a gym, resident’s lounge, bar and cinema room. The project has a gross development value of £47.5m.

The scheme targets the young professional market and is expected to contribute to the signicant regeneration activity in the borough and the surrounding areas of Wembley and South Kilburn. Construction is slated to start in November this year, with completion expected in late 2023.
