London Wall Lending have completed on a £17m secured development-exit bridge loan to refinance the current lender and allow the developer to sell the units.
The real estate is a freehold premises in Tunbridge Wells, currently three mix use buildings situated on a virtual island site comprising of retail and office and a self-contained car park. The development consists of office to residential conversion of 80 residential units.
